2022年8月11日、マリガヤハウスのオンライン基本オリエンテーションを実施しました。

Online Basic Orientation of Maligaya House August 11, 2022

参加者は、合計21名（母親とJFC）でした。 *新規ケース9件 * 特別なケース2件 * 既存ケース3件 出身地はカビテ、ヌエバエシハ、バコロド、アンティポロ、ラグナ、ルセナ、セブ、パンガシナン、ケソンシティ、カマリネススールと広範囲になります。

A total of 21 participants (both mother and JFC) joined the said activity. Among them are: *9 new potential cases * 2 special cases * 3 old cases They were from Cavite, Nueva Ecija, Bacolod, Antipolo, Laguna, Lucena City, Cebu, Pangasinan, Quezon City, and Camarines Sur.

オリエンテーションの後は、8月30日の受入会議に、証拠書類など必要書類一式を持って参加し、マリガヤハウスで正式に登録されることになります。

They will join the acceptance meeting on August 30 with their complete sets of documents and evidence to be officially registered at Maligaya House.

ケースを受理するためにはオリエンテーションの参加は必須です。あなたのケースがマリガヤハウスで受理され、その後東京事務所に書類が送られて、弁護士さんがあなたのケースを受任して裁判をすることになります。みなさんがフィリピンにいながらにして、日本で裁判を進めることは容易ではありません。みなさんが裁判の当事者として理解すべきこと、注意して欲しいことなどをオリエンテーションでしっかり話します。

Attendance at the orientation is necessary for your case to be accepted. Once your case is accepted at Maligaya House, the documents will be sent to the Tokyo office, where a lawyer will accept your case and file it to the court. It is not easy for everybody to proceed with the trial in Japan while you are in the Philippines. We will give you an orientation session on what you need to understand and what you need to pay attention to as you proceed with your case as a party to the trial.
