2022年10月12日、マリガヤハウスのオンライン基本オリエンテーションを実施しました。

オリエンテーションには7組の母子が参加しました。

毎月の基本オリエンテーションはマリガヤハウスのソーシャルワーカーによって実施されます。対象者は新規相談者向けです。日本におけるJFCの権利についてのレクチャーの他、ケースカテゴリ―の説明、日本でケースが受理された後のケースの流れ、裁判手続きについての話がなされます。

また、JFCネットワーク東京のスタッフも同席し、参加者からの質問にも対応しています。

オリエンテーション終了後、参加者は少なくとも2週間、月末に予定されている「ケース受理ミーティング」に提出する書類や証拠の準備にあてられます。

Seven (7) potential cases joined the said event.

Every month, the Social Worker of Maligaya House conducts an online orientation for the potential clients to discuss the rights of the Japanese-Filipino Children (JFC) in Japan and how MH and JFC Network, Tokyo may be able to help them claim their rights.

The staff from JFC Network, Tokyo are also present to answer the special inquiries from the participants.

After the orientation, they are given at least 2 weeks to prepare the documents and evidence to be submitted during the acceptance meeting that is usually scheduled before the month ends.
