2023年1月11日、マリガヤハウスの今年初めてのオリエンテーションを実施、2月9日には2月のオリエンテーションを実施ました。（※English is below）

JFCネットワークで受ける相談の75％はクライアントとなる母子がフィリピンに暮らしているケースになります。相談内容は日本人の父親に対しての認知請求や養育費請求です。そのためには日本の弁護士さんにケースを受任して頂き、日本の裁判所に申し立てをする必要があります。

クライアントさんたちの経済的負担をなくすため、クライアントさんたちが日本に来ることなく裁判を継続するよう努めていますが、そのためには、クライアントさんたちに日本での裁判手続きについての説明や守ってもらいたい事柄を説明して十分に理解してもらう必要があります。

弁護士さんたちにお任せすればすべてが解決するわけでもありません。クライアントさんたちの協力が必要です。

私たちがケースを受理し、ケースを円滑に進めていくためには毎月実施されるオリエンテーションに参加することが最初のステップです。

On January 11, 2023, the first orientation for the year at Maligaya House was held, followed by the February orientation on February 9.
75% of the consultations received by the JFC network are for cases where the client mothers and children are living in the Philippines. The consultations are for recognition and child support claims against the Japanese father. To do so, we need to have a Japanese lawyer accept the case and file a petition with the Japanese court.

In order to avoid the financial burden on our clients, we try to continue the court proceedings without them having to come to Japan, but in order to do so, we need to explain to them about the court procedures in Japan and the matters we want them to follow and make sure they fully understand them.

It is not possible to solve everything by leaving it to the lawyers. We need the cooperation of our clients.

The first step in order for us to accept a case and facilitate the case is to participate in our monthly orientation sessions.
