2024年6月15日（土）、伊藤塾の明日の行政書士講座特別編講座に講師として話をする機会を戴きました。※English is below.

テーマは「入管・国籍業務を通して社会課題解決に貢献できる行政書士に！～国籍法違憲判決”その後”の支援の事例から～でした。

笠間由美子さんは「行政書士は、ただの「事務屋」「手続き屋」ではなく、社会的な課題を解決していく力がある専門家である」ということを熱く語って下さいました。

平林勉さんは国籍確認訴訟（国籍法3条）がどんな事件だったのかについて法律上の背景や論点を整理し解説してくださいました。

伊藤からはJFCネットワークの活動についての他、国籍確認訴訟の原告母子たちの背景やたたかいの様子、そして国籍法改正後の現在の課題について話を致しました。

多くの行政書士さんが参加して下さり、講義後にいろいろな方と話ができました。この貴重な出会いを今後とも育んでいきたいと思っています。本当に充実した時間を過ごすことができました。

On Saturday, June 15, 2024, I had the opportunity to speak as a lecturer at Ito Juku’s Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist for Tomorrow seminar.

The theme was “”Be a Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist who can contribute to solving social issues through immigration and nationality services!～The theme was “Let’s become administrative scriveners who can contribute to solving social problems through immigration and nationality services!

Ms. Yumiko Kasama spoke enthusiastically about how Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialists are not just ” paperworkers” or “proceduralists,” but are professionals who have the power to solve social issues.

Mr. Tsutomu Hirabayashi explained the legal background and issues involved in the nationality confirmation lawsuit (Article 3 of the Nationality Law).

Ms. Ito talked about the activities of the JFC Network, the story of the plaintiff mothers and their children, and the current issues after the revision of the Nationality Law.

A lot of Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialists attended the lecture, and we had a chance to talk with many of them after the lecture. I hope to continue to develop these valuable meetings in the future. I really had a great time.
