2023年11月14日（火）移住者と連帯するネットワーク主催の省庁交渉に参加してきました♪
移住者と連帯するネットワークと毎年実施している省庁交渉が11月13日（月）と14日（火）に実施され、14日（火）の「移民女性に関する」パートにJFCネットワークから事務局長の伊藤里枝子と弁護士の近藤博徳先生が参加してきました。※English is below.
以下ご報告します。
ちなみに、昨日は、NHKからの取材がはいりました。今日の6時台の「おはよう日本」で取り上げられました。
JFCネットワークは「移民女性に関する要請書」として9つの項目についての要請をし、うち4つはJFCネットワークが関係する要請でした。
１） 国籍喪失した子の戸籍への記載（法務省）
２） 戸籍法上の外国国籍者の名前のアルファベット表記（法務省）
３） JFCの人身取引被害（法務省、外務省）
４） 離婚届不受理届申出」に関する対応（法務省）

The JFC Network requested four of the nine requested matters related to immigrant women.
(1) Inclusion of children who have lost Japanese nationality in the family register (Ministry of Justice)
(2) Indication of alphabetical names of foreign nationals in the Family Registration Law (Ministry of Justice)
(3) Human trafficking victims of JFC (Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
(4) Regarding “Application for Non-Receipt of Divorce Notification” (Ministry of Justice)
