事前相談を受けて、十分な証拠が確認できたJFCと母親には、オンライン基本オリエンテーションに参加していただきます。参加者は、日本におけるJFCの権利とMHが提供する支援について理解した上で、MHの支援を利用することを決定します。その後、毎月最終週に行われるオンライン受理ミーティングに参加し、正式に受理されると、ケース番号が発行されます。

During the screening process/consultation, those JFC and mothers who have sufficient evidence are invited to join the online basic orientation. The participants must understand the JFC’s rights in Japan and the assistance that MH is offering them before they decide to avail our assistance. They will join the online acceptance meeting which is usually conducted in the last week of each month for their case to be officially accepted and each client will be provided with a case number.
