2025年2月11日、マリガヤハウスのオンライン基本オリエンテーションを実施しました。（English is below）

「日本人のお父さんに会いたい」「日本人のお父さんの生存を確認したい」「日本人の子として日本で暮らすにはどうしたらいいのか」「日本人の男性の子を妊娠したら逃げられた」「日本人の父に養育費を請求したい」など、相談内容は多岐にわたりますが、ケースによって請求できることとできないことがあります。そのため、まずは、自分たちの法的なカテゴリーを知り、ケースが受理された後、どのようなプロセスで手続きが進んでいくのかを十分に理解してもらうために、日本に暮らしているフィリピン人の母親やＪＦＣたちもマリガヤハウスのオリエンテーションへの参加が可能です。

現在、本当に申し訳ないことに、マリガヤハウスでは200名以上がオリエンテーション参加を待っている状況で、相談者すべての方々に迅速に対応ができてない状況です。

ＪＦＣが現在16－17歳で、18歳に近い、日本人の父親が亡くなっているなど、その他緊急ケースとして受ける必要がある場合は、優先的に受理しますので、ご相談下さい。

On February 11th 2025, Maligaya House held an online basic orientation.

We received a wide range of inquiries, including “I want to meet my Japanese father”, “I want to confirm that my Japanese father is still alive”, “How can I live in Japan as a child of a Japanese”, “I got pregnant by a Japanese man and he ran away”, “I want to claim child support from my Japanese father”, etc. However, there are some things that can and cannot be claimed depending on the case. For this reason, in order to first understand their legal category and, after their case has been accepted, to fully understand the process of the procedures that will follow, it is possible for Filipino mothers and JFCs living in Japan to participate in the orientation at Maligaya House.

At present, we are truly sorry to say that there are over 200 people waiting to participate in the orientation at Maligaya House, and we are unable to respond quickly to all of the people who consult with us.

If you have an urgent case, such as a JFC who is currently 16-17 years old, close to 18 years old, or whose Japanese father has passed away, please contact us as we will give priority to such cases.
